                  Members of local branch of NDPR party held a picket as a response to refusal to register the party.

                  At the beginning of June members of a local branch of the NDPR picketed by the building of Novgorod Regional Administration of Justice. The action was held as a response to having failed to register the party. Several people with Mr. Pavel Ivanov, a founder and editor of the "Russkoye Veche" newspaper as well as a leader of Novgorod functionaries, at the head unrolled posters saying: "Prohibition of NDPR is nothing but giving a blow onto the Russian people!", "Ministry of Justice does not keep within the law!" and "Russophobes to be applied Clause 282 of Criminal Code to!"
                  Novgorod region is one of 8 Russian regions where registration of the NDPR was declined (branches of the party following ideas of Nazism were officially registered in 44 regions including Moscow).
                  Answering a question of "Slavia" TV channel, Mr. Pavel Ivanov claimed: "The party has been longing for revival of Russia as a great country. Nevertheless, certain plans of Zionistic forces there exist certain plans of Zionistic forces, and envisaging e reduction of the Russian population up to 1 per cent in 21st century. The party strongly objects genocide to the Russian people".
