Jelena Djurovic, Vice-President of the Jewish Community of Montenegro had a presentation and Q&A at the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County, Florida, USA. She spoke about the challenges of the Jewish Community in Montenegro and the Balkans.

After an introduction given by Luis Fleischman, Ph.D (Vice President, Jewish Community Relations Council), Jelena Djurovic talked about how vibrant and energetic a community as small  as the Montenegrin one can be and emphasized the importance of the “Mahar” Conference for the Balkan region. The high interest of the participants led to the Q&A session lasting over two hours.
